goodbye xanga

Sunday, July 02, 2006

Well one week down in Michigan... and 2 to go. We just finished up a great camp in North Michigan where we served as just counselors... not the band. It was a nice break. Now we are staying in Grand Rapids at Joe's aunt and uncle's place. It's real nice. We spent the afternoon in the river skiing and kyaking. We ended the nice relaxing in the hot tub. My life is pretty rough right now... haha.  Very cool. Tomorrow we will head to Hillsdale, Michigan where we will spend the next 2 weeks. God's been doing some awesome things in my life and in the rest of the bands. July 15 everyone needs to mark on the calendar because we are having a worship service at New Grounds Cafe in Walnut Creek. It'll be an awesome time worshiping and sipping coffee.. my two favorite things to do. Well it's time for bed. Be blessed.

we're at beulah beach right now for junior high camp. everyone is starting to get a little worn down and God has really been testing our patience. we have a kid with asburgers disease and mild autism (sp?) on top of that. He's been a handful this week for sure. We are all getting stretched to the max.. which is a good thing i suppose. well gotta go run after some kids. blessings.

Back from Nowhere, Iowa. Thats a very interesting state... kinda like Indiana only prettier. Camp was crazy when we got there with a whole lot of communication issues.. but somewhat smoothed itself out as the week went on. We were all real tired and unprepared because they stuck us all with Junior High kids all week ( to be counselors). We had zero free time... being up at 7 a.m. and in bed at 12 a.m. (being the earliest.) Worship was pretty awesome considering the lack of practice as a group. We just got our t-shirts made so let me know those of you who want one. We don't have many, so i have to really like you in order for you to get one. I have to get to bed cuz we are heading to Ohio tomorrow morning at 7:45. blessings.
